Human Resource Business Partner Job Summary
This is a critical role within the Human Resources function where you will partner with the Site Leadership Team to understand the business and translate this to HR agenda on site.
You will work at a growing biopharma manufacturing facility requiring a high level of interaction with employees and management, both in-person and through virtual communication platforms.
The key responsibilities include Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Partner with People Managers & Leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for site employees and people managers/leaders to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues.
* Performance Management: Guide and support site people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
* Training and Development: Work with Regional HR Manager & L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs.
* Compensation and Benefits: Support the annual merit review process and advise management on policy and guideline interpretation.
* Compliance: Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices and develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, ideally within the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
