Job Title: Product Manager - Credit Product
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager - Credit Product to join our lending team in Dublin, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage experience in Corporate Lending, Loan Administration, or Corporate Product Management to support credit product strategy and delivery.
* Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders including Business teams, Delivery squads, and Design & Development teams.
* Engage with business partners and senior stakeholders to define credit requirements, addressing current and future needs.
* Articulate complex ideas to drive credit product initiatives and strategies.
* Analyze data to support business cases and evidence-based decisions.
* Ensure solutions meet client expectations, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
* Define, document, and get sign-off on requirements via Epics/User stories.
* Prepare training materials and manuals for new functionalities.
* Collaborate with SMEs to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of SME and Corporate lending products, including regulatory and operational aspects.
* Proven delivery of major functionalities in the lending domain.
* Experience in making informed decisions, prioritizing requirements, and validating with stakeholders.
* Ability to work closely with Product Owners, Design Teams, and delivery squads to resolve challenges.
* Engagement with stakeholders to define business credit requirements.
* Banking domain expertise with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
Experience and Skills Required:
* 5+ years as SME/BA in Corporate Lending.
* Knowledge of SME and Corporate lending products, including regulatory and operational aspects.
* Experience supporting end-to-end solution delivery.
* Experience with large-scale credit transformation programs is a plus.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Banking experience in Ireland/UK markets is advantageous.
