Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the site office, ensuring general administrative duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Conduct document control, including creating packages and collating documents for the Site Team, as well as assisting sub-contractors with queries.
* Liaise with Procurement department to ensure timely resolution of anomalies and accurate cost management in TAG system ahead of payroll every two weeks.
