Main Responsibilities
* Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide support
* Assist customers with self-service options, including mobile and online banking and in-branch kiosks
* Manage customer queries and minor complaints, escalating where required
* Update customer information and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
* Support cash handling tasks as needed

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role within banking or retail
* Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
* Adaptable and confident using digital tools
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
