Our client in thehealthcare sectoris looking to recruit aMedical Administrator for their site in Co. Waterford
This is a permanent job.
Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week. Working days will consist of hours below:
* 8am-4pm
* 9am-5pm
* 10am-6pm
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
* Manage a busy patient appointment schedule
* Deal with high-volume patient calls
* Data entry to patient management system
* Process insurance billing forms and invoices for all surgical and clinical procedures
* Maintain confidential patient information
* General admin duties as required by management to support the service.
What are we looking for?
* At least 2 years experience working in a similar role
* Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
* Well experienced in IT/MS Office applications
* Experience with CRM/inhouse management systems
* Able to manage large volumes of calls
* Strong attention to detail
* Must be fluent in written & oral English
