Requirements
Must have experience as a Truck Service Advisor
Strong leadership and communication skills
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and accomplish tasks, despite interruptions
Proficient in resolving customer concerns and issues
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Proven track record of dependability
Responsibilities
Provide service information and recommendations to customers
Maintain dealership quality standards
Schedule appointments
Sell service, labor, and products
Accurately document repair orders with customer’s concern, cause, and correction
Conduct post‑repair follow‑up
Resolve customer complaints
Superior customer service
Assist the Service Manager in daily operation and oversight of service department
Maintain shop workflow to maximize shop productivity, based on dealership policies and technician skill levels
Provide support to other service advisors and technicians
