Job DescriptionThe Accounting Graduate Programme is a key initiative for talent development here at King & Moffatt Building Services and forms part of the significant expansion plans for the Group over the next five years.This 3 year Graduate Programme has been tailored towards the Chartered Accountants Ireland's Flexible Route pathway for gaining the ACA qualification.Over the 3 year duration, Graduates can expect to learn and be involved in the following finance tasks:Accounts Payable – Purchase Orders & InvoicingCredit Control – Sales invoicing & debtor managementTreasury – Bank reconciliations and cashflow forecastingPreparing balance sheet reconciliations for monthly accountsPreparing P&L analysisPerforming RCT / CIS payment notification submissionsPerforming preparatory work for bi-monthly VAT returnsAssisting with the preparation of the annual budget processPreparing & filing bi-monthly VAT returns in multiple jurisdictionsSubmitting monthly RCT / CIS returnsPreparing monthly financial reportingPreparing strategic forecastsManaging the R&D Tax Credits Process and Transfer Pricing requirementsQualificationsRelevant finance related qualificationExcellent communication and organisational skillsWillingness to learn and get full value from the programme.Team player who takes pride in their workExcellent attention to detailAdditional InformationHaving an inclusive and flexible culture helps the business continue to grow as a strong, dynamic and innovative organisation.As well as being supported and encouraged to develop your career here at King and Moffatt, we also offer the following:Competitive salaryProfessional Development support Employee Assistance Program Health and Wellness programsAt King and Moffatt, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation, creativity, and success.
