Join us our Head of People Experience & OD This role reports to the Chief People Officer and is a key member of a collaborative People Leadership Team, intrinsically involved in the definition and delivery of the wider People Strategy. The role has overall accountability for delivering the business approach to business partnering, propositions and change and will support a clear strategy for the optimization of each of the business directorates to achieve their goals. This role ensures through effective and collaborative partnership with the business, we deliver our strategic vision through achievement of our business aims to our customers and employees. What else it involves Shaping the people strategy while enabling agile-led organisational change. Facilitate in design of operating model and organisational development initiatives from concept through planning and implementation. Accountability for design and delivery of performance, and recognition strategy, including but not limited to company-wide, functional, cyclical activities, annual calendar of events, managing relevant working group, etc. Plays a critical role in shaping the overall people strategy as part of the people leadership team. This role has overall accountability for embedding insights from employee listening channels-formal and informal-ensuring the true voice of the business shapes and informs the people plan. Work with senior leaders across the business in the design and development of people strategy that aligns with and supports the delivery of business goals. Direct the team to design, project manage and deliver proposition that align with and support the people plan and evolving business priorities Manages employee proposition design by ensuring the team leverages internal insights and external market data to research, review, and recommend the right approach at the right time, with a focus on continuous improvement of existing offerings. Responsible to ensure we regularly review, enhance, and improve our process, tools, and user experience to support the business strategy and goals. Ensure effective engagement and embedding of our propositions with clear and compelling communication plans and tools Takes accountability for bringing the employee experience at Three to life, including accountability for employee survey, DIB and well-being propositions. Takes ownership of shaping and delivering the enterprise-wide change strategy, ensuring all elements-operating model, organisational design, and agile change practices-are integrated and enable adaptive, responsive ways of working. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders - ensuring alignment on topics such as ER, consultation approach and people model (reward, recognition and performance). Considers the commercials around people change. Works to develop the right sized organisation to deliver on our commercial strategy. Drive an open coaching culture across the business through a team of Business Partners. Ensure the team has the tools and guidance they need to effectively partner with their stakeholders. Partner with all key people team stakeholders and peers across the People Team to ensure alignment of strategy, processes and priorities. In conjunction with functional departments and their leaders, design and implement a range of tactical interventions to drive performance Build, develop, manage, and maintain effective, co-operative relationships of a strategic nature with stakeholders, third party suppliers and industry leaders who are significant contributors to the achievement of the business goals. Test and stretch the minds of the business. Keep up to date with current thinking and best practice in relation to HR, introducing new thinking and practice in support of business strategy Report on the delivery of all People Team initiatives and manage budgets and external suppliers / partners required to support specific propositions and engagement activity. Skills we're looking for Previous experience in a senior HR Leadership role. To have included generalist leadership roles or a specialism in change/organisational design. Commercial acumen - demonstrates a clear understanding of the correlation between employee experience and the commercials of the organisation. Extensive experience of engaging, influencing and coaching senior leaders. Including experience at board level. Extensive knowledge of embedding change successfully. Demonstrates a clear toolkit of experience to utilise when it comes to landing change effectively. Proven track record as a people leader. Leading specialist and complex teams across large organisations. Focuses on assessing, measuring, and improving performance. Shows drive and focus to meet short- and long-term goals. Specifically, strives to meet key goals; for example, setting bold, but realistic goals for performance improvement (for self). Previous demonstrated experience in delivering OD and Change initiatives in a large organisation with proven results and a positive employee experience. Ability to problem solve complex issues with a balance of employee and commercial focus. Strategic awareness, ability to influence at all levels including leadership squad and to shape both the medium and longer-term strategy. Innovative - seeks out new opportunities, will facilitate their own and other ideas to application, has a good sense of what will work across both markets, implementing new initiatives which achieve creditable outcomes across the organisations Experience of operating proactively, collaboratively and in partnership with leaders Experience of taking high level tasks and complex issues and reframe into bit sized and concise communication for broad consumption. Experience managing and directing across multiple activities - programmes and core activities with tight and stringent timelines.
