AI Annotation Specialist
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and accuracy of AI models. Your primary responsibility will be to create, evaluate, and refine question-answer pairs that simulate real-world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to improve LLM performance.
- Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
- Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.
- Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.
- Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.
- Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes and workflows.
- Identify trends or patterns in annotated data and share insights with the team.
Requirements:
We're looking for candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and passionate about working with data. Key qualifications include:
- High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level as per CEFR).
- Fluent in one of the following languages: Dutch, Finnish, German, Japanese, or Vietnamese (oral and written), with a deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.
- Undergraduate degree or higher qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
