This is a senior leadership role where you will oversee the delivery of major civil and infrastructure projects nationwide, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and performance across all teams.
Your New Role Key Responsibilities: Lead the operational delivery of multiple projects ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams to drive performance and accountability.
Oversee resource planning, supply chain, and subcontractor management.
Ensure strict compliance with Irish HSEQ standards (CIF, ISO, HSA).
What You Need: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Chartered Engineer status an advantage) 10+ years civil or infrastructure experience, including senior operations or leadership roles Strong knowledge of Public Works and NEC contracts and Irish regulations.
Excellent leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
