Moxy Dublin Docklands is gearing up for launchand were on the lookout for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager whos equal parts leader, innovator, and hospitality enthusiast. Youll lead the F&B crew in shaping a vibrant, guest-focused experience across our bar, breakfast, and grab-and-go outlets.
What Youll Do
* Assist in managing daily F&B operations with energy and efficiency.
* Lead, coach, and inspire the F&B crew to deliver standout service with personality.
* Uphold Moxy brand standardsfun, fresh, and flawlessly executed.
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
* Collaborate with kitchen and front office teams to ensure seamless service.
* Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
* Lead by example to ensure continuity and leadership.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
* Maintain accurate records (cleaning schedules, temperature logs, allergen controls).
* Champion a culture of safety and cleanliness across all F&B areas.
Customer Care Focus
* Deliver warm, engaging service that reflects the Moxy spirit.
* Anticipate guest needs and personalise the experience.
* Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency.
* Keep the vibe upbeatwhether its wake-up coffee or late-night cocktails.
What Were Looking For
* 2+ years experience in a supervisory or assistant management F&B role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
* Experience in pre-opening/newly opened environments is a plus.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
