Role Overview
We’re partnering with a leading global biotechnology and biopharmaceutical manufacturing company dedicated to developing and delivering innovative therapies that improve lives.
The Learning & Performance (L&P) Senior Associate supports site operational areas through training coordination and performance initiatives. Reporting to the Learning & Performance Senior Manager, this role ensures the effective delivery of site learning programs and supports cross-functional training projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Training Needs Analysis: Identify, assess, and evaluate employee training needs through observation, consultation, and performance data.
* Program Development: Support the design and development of engaging training content (e.g., SOPs, new hire orientation, on-the-job training).
* Training Delivery: Coordinate and communicate training logistics, attendance, and instructor support.
* Compliance & Audit Support: Maintain GMP‑compliant training records via the LMS; prepare audit‑ready reports; support internal/external inspections.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner cross‑functionally (Manufacturing, Quality, EHS) to deliver effective training initiatives.
* Continuous Improvement: Enhance training systems, materials, and processes using industry best practices and innovative tools.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Education, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
* Experience: Previous experience in training or learning coordination within manufacturing or another regulated industry (pharma/biotech experience preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of GMP or similar regulatory standards.
* Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and AI productivity tools.
* Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive with strong team collaboration skills.
