Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. developers, design team leads, quality assurance) to ensure that the product/service delivered meets customer needs and is delivered on time and within budget. Ensure that the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team. Collaborate with Delivery leads, product owners of other squads, and Design leads to effectively deliver the committed back log items across sprints. Improve the squad's delivery capacity by analysing key concern areas during sprint retrospectives and provide timely support for the squad members as and when required. Establishing a vision and a roadmap for delivery of requirements 15+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years as Product Owner Background in Financial Services/Banking domain in Ireland/UK markets will be an added advantage Background in Transact system will be an added advantage Extensive experience in managing Product Backlog and Development teams/squads Track record of delivering complex projects through agile process
