We are seeking to recruit a receptionist/office administrator 3 days per week to assist with the smooth running of the practice.Position Title: Receptionist/AdministratorJob Type: Part-time - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9.00am to 5pmThe role involves general office support, secretarial and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be expected to:Prepare monthly billings and client invoicesPerform reception and telephone duties, including welcoming clients and visitors to the officeProvide confidential PA services to ManagersAudio and copy typePurchase office suppliesAssist debtor control and collectionMonitor and expedite prompt payment of all accountsPerform reception and telephone duties, including welcoming clients and visitors to the officeMake appointments and travel arrangementsManage ad hoc requests and general enquiriesMaintain up‐to‐date records within an existing filing systemSupport marketing initiatives, e.g. through the maintenance of contact databases, preparation of emailing lists etcContribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processesEssential skills include:Excellent communication and telephone skillsExcellent computer skills - typing and efficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Excellent administration skillsAttention to detailExperience with Sage 50 accounts preferableKey CharacteristicsFriendly personality - approachable, outgoing & assertiveGood organisational skills - ability to prioritise, follow up and multi-taskFlexible and resourceful at problem-solvingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSalary is based on a 3 day week.Job Type: Part-timePay: From €17,500.00 per yearWork Location: In person
