Minimum qualifications:3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with executives across the region.Preferred qualifications:Experience drafting high-impact executive messages, announcements, and presentations, including the creation of digital assets (such as video editing and formatting).Ability to independently prioritize workload while proactively optimizing executive schedules, ensuring a balance between operational demands and strategic focus time.Ability to switch seamlessly between workflows and manage priorities with composure in a cross-functional environment.Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and levels.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage various administrative duties, including calendar organization, travel arrangements, and scheduling of facilities and equipment.Operate effectively in a fluid environment with confidentiality and discretion at the core.Plan, manage and execute events from team events (digital and, in person), all hands, leadership forums and other celebrations and milestones.Contribute to the development of new operational strategies with leaders and their teams, enhancing current operations for greater efficiency and responsiveness.Oversee or co-manage projects and initiatives of varying scopes.
