At Eurofins PSS Europe, we’re looking for a driven and passionate Junior Manager to take our Compliance Excellence Program to the next level! If you’re a science professional with a talent for leadership and a passion for operational excellence, this is your opportunity to make a Europe-wide impact.
As the Junior Manager for Compliance Excellence, you'll support our scientific teams across Europe by:
Driving quality and performance through structured tools, mentoring, and training
Ensuring operational processes are standardized and high-performing
Evolving our Compliance Excellence program to remain competitive and fit-for-purpose
Working closely with leadership and on-site Eurofins PSS teams to meet and exceed client expectations
Qualifications
️ Degree or diploma in a relevant scientific field
️ 5+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years in leadership
️ Strong GMP knowledge and operational process expertise in pharma or medical devices
️ Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills
️ Passion for quality, customer service, and continuous improvement
️ Comfortable with travel across Europe
Additional Information
This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, with a high probability of becoming permanent.
The role is home-based, with regular travel across Europe to support our teams on-site.
