PE Global Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Foreman for a permanent position based in Limerick with a well-established main contractor.This opportunity is ideally suited to a confident and proactive site leader who can oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily site operations and supervise all trades on siteEnsure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings and specificationsCoordinate subcontractors and direct labour resourcesMonitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues, and report to the Site ManagerMaintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping, and workmanshipKeep accurate daily site records, including diaries and progress reportsSupport the project team with planning, sequencing, and site logisticsRequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in a Foreman or General Foreman roleStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and health & safety regulationsProven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate site teamsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret drawings and ensure compliance with technical specificationsValid Safe Pass and relevant site tickets required
