What's on Offer: €48,000 - €55,000 depending on experience Your new role includes: Overseeing the movement, storage, and dispatch of finished food products in line with operational demands.
Leading, motivating, and managing the warehouse team to ensure high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
Ensuring all products are properly labelled, documented, palletised, and presented to meet delivery preparation standards.
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to company procedures.
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators such as: Product movements, Damages and On-time dispatch performance Working and managing cold room storage environments.
Experience you need: Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role in the FMCG industry, ideally with experience in cold rooms Strong understanding of stock control, inventory systems, and warehouse best practices Excellent leadership and people management skills Familiarity with loading/unloading procedures, pallet handling, and transport coordination Good understanding of KPI monitoring and reporting Strong IT skills (e.g., WMS, Excel, ERP systems) What's next: Apply Now to submit your application and we will be in touch asap for our initial screening.
