The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting the property team, and maintaining accurate records and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support to the property and management teams.Maintain and update property management and CRM systems with accurate, up-to-date information.Prepare and issue correspondence, reports, and documentation as required.Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner.Assist with scheduling appointments, viewings, and inspections.Manage filing systems,Ensure compliance with company procedures and assist with regulatory documentation.Handle incoming calls, post, and general office coordination duties.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in an office administration role (property sector experience desirable but not essential).Strong IT and data entry skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.Please apply via the link below, today
