The role involves supporting IBM's business primarily in France from our Legal team based in Dublin, Ireland. Key responsibilities include negotiating, drafting, and advising on various commercial transactions with suppliers and clients, as well as providing general legal advice on matters such as master services agreements, data processing agreements, and NDAs.
Required skills and qualifications include a Master's Degree, an Avocat qualification: Admission to the Bar Association in France, fluent English and French language skills, and at least 2 years of legal experience in private practice or in-house with skills in commercial and contract law.
