Clinical Nurse Manager Role

Job Description:
* To lead, support, and mentor the nursing and care team.
* To ensure compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant regulations.
* To promote a culture of person-centered care and continuous improvement.
* To manage staff rostering, training, and performance.
Requirements:
* A Registered General Nurse with NMBI (in good standing).
* A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
