Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Implementation & Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help bring AskArk to schools across Ireland and potentially the UK.
This is an entry-level position perfect for a recent graduate with a genuine passion for education technology and a desire to make a real difference in schools.
In this role, you'll work directly with schools to implement AskArk, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure successful adoption of our AI platform.
Salary: €30,000-€32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
1. School Implementation & Onboarding
Travel to school sites to deliver AskArk implementation
Conduct initial needs assessments with school staff
Develop school-specific implementation plans
Configure AskArk to meet individual school requirements
Support schools through the onboarding process
2. Training & Support Delivery
Deliver engaging training sessions to staff members
Create user-friendly training materials and guides
Provide ongoing technical support to schools
Conduct follow-up sessions to ensure successful adoption
Gather feedback to improve training delivery
3. Customer Success & Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with school leadership and staff
Act as primary point of contact for assigned schools
Communicate regularly with stakeholders
Address concerns and questions promptly
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
4. Product Feedback & Development
Gather user feedback from schools
Document common queries and challenges
Contribute ideas for product improvements
Work collaboratively with the development team
Stay informed about AI trends in education
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate implementation records
Track school progress and milestones
Prepare regular reports on implementation outcomes
Document best practices and success stories
Contribute to knowledge base resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Business, or related field
Genuine enthusiasm for AI and education technology
Strong interest in the education sector
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in accessible language
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
Full driving licence (required for school visits)
Desired Experience & Skills
Experience (advantageous but not essential):
Experience working in or with schools
Customer-facing or training delivery experience
Project coordination or implementation experience
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms
