Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an senior, experienced HR Business Partner to join their senior management team, based in Dublin 11.
The role is full-time, permanent with career progression within the organisation.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager and working closely with senior leaders across the business, you will play a key role in shaping the people function as the company continues to expand.
This position is ideal for an experienced HR Business Partner (or a strong HR Manager operating at Business Partner level) who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and delivery.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while remaining closely involved in day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and client requirements
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures across the organisation
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and employment law
Oversee payroll coordination, benefits, and HR administration, supported by the HR Officer
Lead performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives
Design and implement training and development plans to build organisational capability
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices across all operating regions
Produce HR metrics and insights to support senior management decision-making
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years' HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent senior HR role in Ireland
Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law (essential)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a hands-on approach and willingness to get involved at all levels
Experience in engineering, communications, construction, or a technical environment is advantageous
Exposure to UK and/or EU employment legislation is desirable but not essential
