Overview
We are recruiting a dedicated Food Production General Operative to help ensure the smooth running of school meal preparation operations within Compass Group Ireland. This is a part-time role contracted to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during morning hours.
As a Food Production General Operative, you will play a vital role in reheating and preparing meals for students, ensuring food is served safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Key responsibilities
* Safely reheat and prepare meals
* Ensure all meals are served at the correct temperature and within service times
* Follow strict food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety practices
* Keep preparation and service areas clean, tidy, and compliant with regulations
* Assist with unpacking deliveries, storing food correctly, and stock rotation
* Work to daily schedules and production targets set by your Supervisor/Manager
* Undertake other kitchen or service duties as required to support the team
