Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a large team of Culinary professionals in their service delivery in a fast paced environment.
* Ensure that the highest standards of Food Safety and Hygiene are maintained in the kitchens and associated areas in line with current legislation.
* Training and mentoring of team along with food development.
* To promote energy, innovation, and food culture across numerous kitchens and motivation of a large team culinary professionals.
* Maintain good communications and working relationships with your team, customers, and the wider team.
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, the right candidate should have extensive experience working in a high profile energetic hospitality environment.
* Previous management experience where you were responsible for a large team.
* Exacting attention to detail with a passionate flair.
* Previous experience as a leader of a substantial kitchen brigades with responsibility for food production and labour management.
* Recognised culinary or kitchen management qualification would be preferable.
* Experience in a central food production kitchen would be of benefit.
