Job Description
The Leisure Club Team Member will provide exceptional service to club members, ensuring a safe and efficient environment at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering membership enquiries, completing sales with customers, and providing general support to the Club Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* To act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone/email
* To assist the Club Manager in the marketing/upselling of the club
* To carry out general cleaning duties
* To administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, flexibility in working hours, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid is essential, as well as NCEF qualification or equivalent.
