About Your New Job as Senior Architectural Technologist
* Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
* Oversee technical design and ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
* Act as a job runner, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
What Skills You Need as Senior Architectural Technologist
* 10-15 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
* Excellent technical skills with a strong understanding of building regulations and standards.
* Proven experience in site management and project coordination.
* Strong communication and client management skills.
* Irish experience is essential.
