Job Title: HR Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Administrator.
* Scheduling interviews is a key responsibility for this position. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient and able to coordinate logistics effectively.
* New employee onboarding is another critical aspect of this job. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to get new employees up to speed quickly and smoothly.
* This role also involves assisting with assessments and documentation related to HR functions.
* The selected candidate will perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain accurate records within the HR department.
* This position requires general administrative support for the HR team as well.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or function is essential for this position.
* Degree-level qualifications in human resources or a related field are highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this job.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, are required.
* Familiarity with HR software systems is a significant advantage in this role.
