My client is a rapid-growth aviation finance firm with a requirement for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their dynamic finance team. Based in Dublin, this role reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and will support the ongoing growth and operational efficiency of the business. Responsibilities: Process and review supplier invoices and payments Perform supplier reconciliations and bank account reconciliations Manage employee expense approvals and the accounting inbox Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries Prepare monthly reconciliations and support audit processes Assist with ledger entries and reporting using Business Central Requirements: Experience in accounts payable or general finance Excellent Excel skills ERP experience essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Aviation experience is beneficial but not required Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
