Role and ResponsibilitiesA Talent Development Specialist is required to take ownership of and manage customised ALG School programmes. This includes:Managing internal stakeholdersLiaising with and managing external providers Contributing to the design and planning of custom programmes Being the key point of contact for participants Co-ordinating all aspects of assigned programmes, including: Communications Venue management Invoice and file management Attendance tracking Collation of feedback In addition, as a member of the Talent Development team, an L&D specialist is expected to:Work on dedicated projects within the team structure.Contribute to the firmwide induction programme. Take ownership of specific tasks that support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.Actively maintain knowledge of L&D practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the initiatives provided by the ALG School.RequirementsA minimum of 3 years' experience in a high performing professional environment, with at least 2 years in an L&D role.Proven ability to manage the planning and delivery of L&D programmes and events to an excellent standard.Experience in facilitating within a learning environment an advantage.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.Proven track record of being adaptable and handling multiple responsibilities at one time. Proven ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Self-driven. Ability to work unsupervised as part of a team. Proactive. Takes initiative rather than reacting to requests. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strive for excellent results.
