Overview
The Assistant Marketing Manager, within the Ingredients category, reports to the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience. This role supports the marketing team in elevating Tirlán’s profile as a leading ingredients supplier in the agri, food, and nutrition sectors. The role emphasizes championing the customer experience, ensuring consistency and professionalism for all clients and prospects.
Responsibilities
1. Content Creation: Collaborate with Marketing Managers to develop sales tools, marketing materials, and presentations that support value creation. Manage content for brochures, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
2. Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and events.
3. Market Research and Insights: Analyze insight platforms to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
4. Lead Generation: Support sales in identifying, logging, and tracking leads to foster business growth.
5. Analytics: Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
6. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting customer events, webinars, and trade shows.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, R&D, M&R, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
8. Foster teamwork within the Marketing department to achieve effective results aligned with Tirlán’s values.
Experience:
Degree in marketing or a related business discipline, with 2-4 years of successful marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
