**Finance Team Manager Position**
We are seeking an experienced finance team manager to join our financial management team. This is a leadership position responsible for managing and overseeing the finance team, ensuring that all financial operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate the finance team to achieve excellent performance and results.
* Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, laws, and internal policies and procedures.
* Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to meet short-term and long-term financial needs.
* Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely payment and collection.
**Requirements:**
* Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Skills:* Strong knowledge of ERP accounting packages, MS Office skills with a focus on Excel, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
* Education:** Degree in Accounting or related field.
