10-month fixed-term contract
This role will support safe and efficient operations across administration, procurement, inventory and day-to-day coordination, and will suit an individual with a strong sense of teamwork, ownership and attention to detail.
Requirements
Professional certification or proven experience in areas such as administrative tasks, document control, procurement policies, supplier management, and stock control.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English.
Understanding of Portuguese is optional but valued.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support such as filing, document management.
Understand instructions received and communicate clearly to ensure proper task execution.
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and procurement-related documentation.
Assist with preparation of plant, material and equipment requisitions via the company purchasing procedures and follow up on approvals and deliveries.
Monitor and verify the receipt of goods and services, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Assist with unloading of goods and completing receipt verification of same.
Warehouse management, organise and control inventory.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of equipments, spare parts and fixed assets.
Coordinating with subcontractors for offloading of waste and supply of fluids.
