* Drive standards in food presentation and hygiene (HACCP-aligned).
* Lead the performance and development of on-site teams.
* Maintain legislative and policy compliance across services.
* Collaborate closely with client agents to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of Food & Beverage experience.
* Proven budgeting and financial acumen.
* Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
* Strong time management, flexibility, and initiative.
* Deep understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP standards.
* Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills.
