Location: We are currently hiring for different territories: Dublin, Midlands (Laois, Carlow) and Southwest (Wexford, Waterford and Kilkenny).
Starting Salary: €74,000, rising to €114,000 after 3 years
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
As an Operations Manager, you’ll be instrumental in overseeing the performance and operations of multiple stores within your assigned area.

Responsibilities
* Lead and support Store Managers across your territory
* Drive team motivation, efficiency, and collaboration
* Develop and coach your management teams
* Analyse stock, sales, and KPIs to maximise performance
* Conduct store visits, audits, and cash management checks
* Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and re-openings
* Deliver annual business plans and staffing structures
* Implement company strategy within your territory
Experience And Skillset
* Minimum of 3 years\' management experience
* Full driving licence and flexibility to travel within territory/area
* Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills
* Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a high-performance setting
* Experience in a fast-paced retail or operational environment
* Area or multi-site management experience is an advantage
Compensation And Benefits
* €84,000, rising to €114,000 after 3 years
