We are seeking a skilled trades technician to join our estates department. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out mechanical, plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair of building services, plant and equipment.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* A Mechanical background is essential
* Prior experience in heating services, boiler plant, pumps and ventilation systems within a health care environment would be advantageous
