Job Descriptions

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both indoor and outdoor sales channels.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Recruit, and develop the general and product sales executives
4. Set clear sales objectives
5. Develop performance review matrix and conduct performance evaluation.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective customer engagement strategies and promotional campaigns.
8. Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
9. Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to sales processes and procedures.
10. Implement measures to optimize sales productivity and streamline operations.
11. Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand the company's customer base.
12. Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth and increase market share.
13. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
14. Monitor sales performance against budget and take corrective actions as necessary.
15. Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and teamwork within the sales team and across departments.
16. Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
17. Manager sales budget.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
3. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
7. Knowledge of relevant industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales management.
8. Identify basic product advantages with other department over those in the market
9. Market knowledge to bring in new product (s)
