Position: Compliance Officer
Location: Dublin (with nationwide travel)
Salary: Up to €40,000
Job Purpose:
As a Compliance Officer, you'll be responsible for assessing risks, identifying patterns, and ensuring full compliance across sales processes. You'll be traveling to meet Business Development Managers (BDMs) and sales teams around Ireland, ensuring compliance standards are met, and offering valuable feedback to improve processes.
What You'll Do:
1. Travel & Audit: Drive to various regions and audit sales teams to ensure compliance. You'll play a key role in making sure salespeople are following best practices.
2. Spot Checks & Reviews: Regularly conduct spot checks on sales processes, including monitoring emails, documents, and even video sales teams.
3. Internal Auditing: Perform thorough internal audits of sales processes, ensuring that all regulatory and company standards are upheld.
4. Feedback & Compliance Guidance: Provide structured feedback to sales managers, helping them improve their processes and avoid compliance issues.
5. Engage & Educate: Develop and deliver ongoing communication and training for senior management to ensure compliance knowledge is top-notch.
What You Bring:
6. A strong background in compliance, with the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
7. Comfort with delivering both positive and difficult feedback – you're the go-to person for ensuring sales integrity.
8. A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel across Ireland.
