Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and efficient HR Administrator to provide clerical and administrative support within our Human Resources Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communication: Manage the distribution of internal and external post within the Department, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
* Data Management: Maintain manual and electronic filing systems, adhering to security and confidentiality procedures, including archiving in line with GDPR Principles.
* Clerical Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department, encompassing all aspects of HR functions.
* Problem Resolution: Bring complex and non-routine enquiries to the attention of the Senior HR Advisor for timely progression and resolution.
* Data Input: Accurately input dates into HR databases, including Pams, Locate a Locum, Pharmapod, and Numark, ensuring information is up-to-date.
