Excel Recruitment is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Account meet and greet customers when orders are collected.
Assist with local deliveries and customer visits as required.
Provide cover for colleagues across different roles when needed.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss process improvements and operational challenges.
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Qualifications Entry to mid-level experience in account management, sales, customer service, warehousing, or manufacturing.
Previous experience in warehouse coordination or operations management is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive team culture.
Proactive "can-do" attitude with flexibility and adaptability to work across various roles.
Problem-solving aptitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of health and safety standards related to warehouse operations.
Physically capable of manual handling tasks and trained on lifting equipment (forklift training provided).
Current full clean Irish driver's licence (essential).
Interest in metal fabrication, coatings, or manufacturing preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus.
