Our team is seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our organization on an 11-month contract basis. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent primarily for high-volume sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with excellence.
* Become a subject matter expert in passive candidate outreach to build a strong talent pipeline.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to support hiring needs.
* Deliver against hiring metrics and targets through strategic planning and execution.
* Utilize creative methods and cutting-edge sourcing tools to identify top talent.
* Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
* A minimum of three years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of success.
* BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience with a focus on recruitment.
* Extensive experience in recruiting for Sales roles within EMEA markets with a deep understanding of regional nuances.
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and RPS with experience in using these tools to drive results.
* In-house recruitment experience is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
