Applicants must currently live in Wexford or be happy to relocate to Wexford prior to starting. Please note that this role is not eligible for a work permit at this time.This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants a hands-on, all-round role in an immigration office supporting the team, learning the business from the ground up, and taking on more responsibility as training progresses.The roleThis is an all-round office support role. You will assist the immigration team with day-to-day administrative and practical tasks, helping the office run smoothly. Duties will vary from day to day and may change depending on workload and business needs.As part of your initial onboarding, you will be required to complete GDPR awareness and company compliance training (short online courses of approximately 20 minutes), providing a solid foundation in the compliance standards we operate under as a TCSP registration.As your training progresses, and under supervision, you will also begin assisting with and submitting immigration applications, supporting the team across the full case lifecycle.Key responsibilities• Providing general support across the office as required• Assisting with immigration files and document preparation• Data entry and maintaining accurate CRM records• Liaising with clients by email, phone, and in person• Answering telephones and greeting clients when needed• Photocopying, scanning, and document organisation• Preparing and submitting applications after training and sign-off• Supporting senior caseworkers and the wider immigration teamHours & pay• 4 days per week• 32 hours per week• €14.20 per hour• 6-month probation periodAbout you• Very strong spoken and written English is essential, as you will be dealing with clients from all around the world• Comfortable communicating with clients in person and over the phone• Organised, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed• Comfortable using computers, email, and internal systems• A second language would be a strong advantage, but not essential• Genuine interest in immigration, legal, or compliance work• Previous administrative or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not essentialWhy join us?• Structured onboarding and training• Exposure to real immigration cases and regulated compliance work• A varied role — no two days are the same• Opportunity to develop into application work and progress within the team• Stable part-time hours in a professional office environment Location: Wexford (on-site) To apply: Please send your CV and a short cover note explaining why you're interested in the role.
