We are currently seeking a
Staff Nurse – Cath Lab
for a hospital in Dublin.
This is a
permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments on admission and continuously monitor patient conditions, updating care plans accordingly.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs, best practices, and clinical guidelines.
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with established policies, procedures, and current evidence-based standards.
Accurately document all patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in line with legal and professional requirements.
Administer treatments and fulfil medical orders precisely, ensuring timely and effective patient care with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, effective discharge planning, and seamless service delivery.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns and maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality.
Respond appropriately to emergencies, adapt to changing workloads, and maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, data collection, and the implementation of healthcare systems and policies.
Uphold professional standards by engaging in continuous learning, supporting team development, adhering to NMBI and hospital policies, and contributing to education and training activities.
Requirements
Possess a complete registration in the NMBI-maintained Register of Nurses, General Division.
Evidence of personal and professional development.
Ongoing skills training - related to care necessary for patient caseload.
A minimum of four years post-registration experience.
