My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for a Business Process Analyst. This is a 3-6 month daily rate contract with a view to extension. The Business Process Analyst will support an IT Change and Transformation projects that are in progress. The Business Process Analyst will lead efforts in documenting, analysing, and improving business processes, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities: MapAs-Is and To-Be processes usingVisio or equivalent tools. Run and documentstakeholder workshops to gather process insights and requirements. Develop clear and structuredprocess documentation, includingSOPs, flowcharts, and guides. Supportprocess improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Produce regularreports and updates for project teams and governance forums. Requirements: 4+ years in business process analysis, ideally on IT or digital transformation projects. Skilled in process mapping, workflow documentation, and reporting. Proficient with Visio Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma, or project delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall) is a plus.
