Ferrys Solicitors LLP is seeking a reliable and organised Office and Court Services Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of their busy legal practice.
Responsibilities
Collection and delivery of internal mail and legal documents between offices.
Lodgement and collection of documents at court offices and other agencies.
Ensuring urgent documentation is delivered accurately and on time.
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Assisting with general office support duties where required.
Requirements
Full clean driving licence.
Own reliable transport.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
Professional manner and good communication skills.
Previous experience in a legal and administrative environment is desirable but not essential.
