We are seeking a talented Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dublin or Portlaoise. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including energy, utilities, and renewables.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist senior engineers with designing new electrical systems or components for various applications
* Conduct tests on electrical equipment and systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standards
* Analyse test data and troubleshoot any problems that arise
* Support other members of our engineering teams with managing electrical engineering projects
* Work on designing and implementing control systems
* Contribute to projects involving power generation, transmission, or distribution systems
* Participate in the development and implementation of renewable energy technologies
Requirements:
* Engineering degree (Hons Bachelor degree or higher) in Electrical, Energy Systems, or a similar discipline
* 0-2 years post-graduate experience
* Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Good academic record
* Full clean driving license and own transport required
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
