The Role of a Functional Assessor

As a Nurse, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist in this rewarding position, you will play a crucial role in helping claimants navigate the claim process by conducting engaging consultations.

Your Nursing expertise will be utilized to produce comprehensive health and wellbeing reports, ensuring claimants receive the support they deserve.

* You will conduct initial reviews, assessments, and evaluations to assess how a claimant's health condition or disability affects their day-to-day life.
* You will create one comprehensive report of 3000-4000 words for each claimant, up to a maximum of three per day.
* You will ensure enough detail, evidence, and justification are provided to support the DWP in making decisions.

Essential Criteria
">
* One year's post-registration experience as a Nurse, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist.
* Fully registered with NMC or HCPC.
* Based in NI, Wales, or the Midlands of the UK.
