As a Social Care Leader you will play a leading role in supporting your team to ensure the house runs smoothly in its day to day operations. You will assist in the building of individual care plans, ensuring child-centred care is at the core of everything you do.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities are described within the context of the role as a Social Care Leader in a mainstream residential setting, including supporting the team and coordinating day-to-day operations and care planning.
Requirements
* Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
* Full drivers licence and access to own transport
* 2 years experience of working at social care grade with children/young persons
* Experience leading teams and working in therapeutic care models
* Flexible to work 15 & 24hr shifts
