Receptionist Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our front office team in a Receptionist position.

About the Role:

* Review guest requests prior to arrival and communicate same to relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Greet guests upon arrival, anticipate their needs and provide assistance as required to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
* Manage switchboard operations, answering and directing calls to agreed standards while providing excellent customer service.
* Perform check-in, check-out, cash management tasks and account management with precision and attention to detail.
* Manage online and phone reservations when necessary, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and internal teams.
* Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet guest needs.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
