This will involve managing the administrative and logistical aspects of hiring, focusing on smooth candidate journeys, from posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems to preparing offer letters and on boarding new hires. The post holder will be a crucial link between candidates and hiring managers.The successful candidate must:Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume recruitment role. Previous experience in a similar role in the HSE, TUSLA, other statutory health agencies, or public body would be beneficial andHave obtained a pass (Grade D) in at least five subjects from the approved list of subjects in the Department of Education Leaving Certificate Examination, including Mathematics and English or Irish.
